Lauriem Complete Care Ltd is recruiting a Care Assistant for our Extra Care scheme in the Southeast region. The role focuses on person-centred care to help residents maintain independence, dignity and wellbeing in their own homes.

The position offers guaranteed hours, with full-time or part-time permanent contracts available, and requires 7am-11am shifts and weekend availability. Full training and induction are provided, with paid training and progression opportunities.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care and support to residents living within our Extra Care scheme, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing in their own homes.

Your duties will include:

• Personal care


• Medication support (where applicable)


• Meal preparation and basic cooking


• Light household tasks


• Companionship and emotional support


• Supporting residents to access activities and social opportunities


• Promoting independence, choice and dignity at all times


• Working collaboratively with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care

No experience needed – full training provided!

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
