Job summary

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is seeking caring individuals to support clients at home in Devizes and surrounding towns. You'll assist with personal care, meals and medications, traveling between visits using your own vehicle.

Training is provided, with flexible shifts across mornings, days, evenings and nights to help maintain work-life balance. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and a valid driving licence.

The Role: Supporting clients in Devizes, Melksham, Trowbridge, Marlborough and surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits.

For this role, you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
