The Role: Supporting clients in Yate, Wotton-Under-Edge, Filton, Hatchway, Badminton, Bishopston, Kingswood, Downend, Horfield, Henbury, Winterbourne, Thornburyand surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits.
For this role, you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
