Aria Healthcare is looking for a compassionate care assistant to support residents in their everyday lives at Oak Manor, a 60-bedded nursing, dementia, and residential care home in Dereham, Norfolk. The home has a CQC rating of 'Good' and is rated 10 on Carehome.co.uk, providing a supportive and nurturing environment for both residents and staff.

Main duties of the job

As a care assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to the residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This includes assisting with daily activities, personal care, medication administration, and social engagement.
