Job summary

Caring Care is seeking dedicated Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes across the West Midlands. You will provide compassionate personal care, help with daily living activities, and work within care plans to improve clients' quality of life.

We offer full or part-time permanent roles with immediate start and ongoing training. This is a field-based position requiring travel to client homes and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• DBS check required for all candidates.
• Experience in home care is beneficial.
• Ability to follow care plans and report changes.
• Reliable and punctual with strong time-management.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with personal care tasks.
• Assist with daily living activities and light housekeeping.
• Assist with medication prompts and reminders as needed.
• Travel to clients' homes within the community to provide care.

Role of a Care Assistant:

Responsibilities of a Care Assistant:

• Support clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and nutrition
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing bed linens
• Assist clients with their medication needs
• Assist in the safe moving and handling of clientsProviding shopping services when required by the client
