Job summary

Cucumber Recruitment Ltd is seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our care teams across the UK. You will provide person-centred care in care homes and residential settings, supporting clients with daily activities and health needs.

We offer flexible shifts to fit your schedule, competitive rates, induction training, and opportunities to progress within a supportive team. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support to individuals in care homes and residential settings.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Help with meal preparation, medication administration, and mobility assistance.
• Promote dignity, respect, and independence while building trusting relationships with clients.
• Record and report on the well-being of individuals, ensuring all care plans are followed accurately.
• Work closely with healthcare professionals and families to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered.
