Cera is hiring a Care Assistant in Coventry to support clients at home. You will provide personal care, companionship, and help with daily tasks, with shifts including mornings, days, evenings, and nights.

No experience is required, but a driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for visiting clients across the service area. We offer flexible hours, potential overtime, and guaranteed hours on some contracts.

• Assist with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing.

We have a limited number of 24 hours per week permanent contracts available in this location, with every other weekend off for work life balance. To be eligible for guaranteed hours you must have good general availability, be a female driver with a car and be willing to travel across our service area when required (we will always aim to schedule rota's with minimal travel time where we can). You can also earn additional income via overtime opportunities or through our refer a friend scheme - up to £400 per referral.

We’re recruiting part-time and full-time care assistants to support our clients at home. We have work available in Coventry, Willenhall, Binley, Cheylesmore and surrounding areas.

For this role you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work. We have a flexible approach for shifts including mornings, days, evenings and nights - you'll usually have every other weekend off for work-life balance. We will offer GH contracts to all full-time drivers, both male and female, from day one.
