Job summary

Cera is recruiting Care Assistants to support clients at home in Brighton & Hove. You will provide practical help and companionship, delivering compassionate care with dignity and respect.

No experience is required, but a driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential to visit clients across Brighton, Hove and surrounding areas. Various shift patterns available, including weekends. Training and development opportunities are provided as part of our supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or similar setting is not required but a caring nature is essential.
• Strong communication and empathy to support clients and families.
• Reliable transport is necessary to travel between client visits.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including washing, dressing, and continence support.
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement to improve client wellbeing.
• Assist with medication reminders and domestic tasks as needed.

We're recruiting part-time and full-time care assistants to support our clients at home. We have work available in Brighton, Hove and surrounding areas.

Shift times - 7am until 3pm and 3pm until 10pm. Weekends essential, you'll usually have every other weekend off for work-life balance. For this role you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.
