Job summary

Cera is hiring a caring carer in Christchurch to support clients in their own homes. You’ll assist with personal care, meals, and medication administration, and accompany visits to clients, travelling between appointments in the community.

We offer hourly pay around £14.20–£14.35 with mileage and travel time included, along with flexible shifts across mornings, days, evenings and nights, every other weekend off, and benefits like DBS, company phone, uniform and pension plus career pathways.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or assisting others is welcome.
• Ability to work autonomously in clients' homes and in the community.

The Role: Supporting clients in Chichesterand surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits.

The stated rate of pay is for Care Assistants with a driving licence and own vehicle and includes mileage and travel time in the hourly rate. For this role, a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work is required.
