Cera is hiring a dedicated carer in Southampton to support clients in their own homes, assisting with personal care, meals, medication and companionship. Your compassion and reliability will help people live longer, healthier lives with independence.

We offer flexible shifts across mornings, days, evenings and nights with every other weekend off. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required; mileage and travel time are included in the hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or social care is beneficial.

• Good communication and empathy with clients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, meals, and medication in clients' homes.
• Provide companionship and support to help clients stay independent.

The Role:

Supporting clients in Southampton and surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle. The stated rate of pay is for Care Assistants with a driving licence and own vehicle and includes mileage and travel time in the hourly rate. Those on walking rota's will receive an adjusted pay rate.
