Radis Community Care has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team based in Middleton House in Cheltenham GL53.

We currently have a part-time position which includes early shifts, late shifts, and alternate weekends (Shifts are 7:00-14:30 and 14:30-22:00).

At Middleton House, there are 49 modern, spacious, and energy-efficient apartments exclusively for people aged 55 and over.

About the Role

• Support residents in maintaining independence, tailored to individual needs, within their own apartments. Assistance may include personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, and dressing.
• Ensure high-quality, seamless independent living for residents.
• Shifts are 07:00 - 14:00 & 14:00 - 22:00, with overnight shifts optional and alternate weekends.
