CCH Group is seeking a Regional Care Worker to deliver in‑home care across Cardiff and surrounding areas. The role involves travel within a 50‑mile radius, day and night shifts, including weekends. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required; you will work on an on‑call rota with comprehensive training provided.

Pay is £15 per hour. We welcome individuals who want to develop their skills in caring for people with complex needs in community settings.

Location: Cardiff and surrounding areas

Pay: £15 per hour

Job Description

What you’ll do

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as an Assigned Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care plus so much more! We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs

You’ll need to be willing to travel to various packages withina 50-mile radiusand work on an on‑call rota. Every day will be different. And you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge
