Job summary

MyLife Homecare is looking for Care Assistants to support older adults across Canterbury, Herne Bay, Whitstable, Thanet, Dover and Deal. You will deliver person-centred care in clients' homes, help with personal care, meals, light chores and companionship.

We offer guaranteed hours, flexible shifts, paid training, NVQ qualifications funded from day one, and generous referral schemes. A UK driving licence and own car are required for a community-based role.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Travel is required in Canterbury and surrounding areas.

Salary: £13.10 per hour. Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across Canterbury helping them regain independence in their own homes.

What We Are Looking For

• Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are essential.
