Job summary

Cera Care is hiring a community carer in Caldicot, Monmouthshire. You will help clients live independently at home, including personal care, meals and medications. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred for visiting clients across Caldicot and surrounding areas.

This role is supported by Cera Tech to minimise admin and hospitalisations, allowing carers to focus on care delivery. Flexible shifts across mornings, days, evenings and nights fit work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Driving licence preferred for site visits.
• No prior care experience required.
• Must obtain a recognised Level 2 or 3 care qualification within 3 years in Wales.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in Caldicot and surrounding areas in their own homes.
• Assist with personal care, medications and meals.
• Visit clients and travel between visits, using own vehicle if possible.
• Complete duties powered by Cera Tech to reduce admin and hospitalisations.
