Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking a motivated Support Worker for an exceptional care home in the Bungay area. You will provide high-quality care to residents with learning disabilities and complex needs, supporting personal tasks and companionship.

NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is required. The role is permanent full-time, 36 hours per week, with benefits including pension, paid training, enhanced bank holiday rates, and rewards for long service.

An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Support Worker to work in an exceptional care home based in the Ditchingham, Bungay area. You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providers
This care home provides support for people with learning disabilities and complex needs who would benefit from living in a more peaceful setting
To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
As a Support Worker Your Key Duties Include

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well:being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
• Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship
• Encourage independence, well:being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for this position:

• Have a genuine desire to care for others
• A good team player
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to show a can:do attitude always

Benefits
The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of GBP13.45 per hour and the annual salary of GBP25,178.40 per annum.
