Job summary

Hillside Lodge Care Home in Berwick-upon-Tweed is recruiting a Care Assistant on a flexible full-time or part-time basis. You will support residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition and daily routines while promoting independence and wellbeing.

A caring, compassionate approach and good teamwork are essential to fit into our warm home environment. Full training and ongoing support are provided to help you build confidence, develop skills and progress within your role.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is welcomed but not essential.
• Ability to support residents with personal care and daily routines.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role.

Located in Berwick-upon-Tweed, Hillside Lodge Care Home is a friendly and supportive care home where residents and colleagues are at the heart of everything we do. Care Assistant Contract

• £13.60 per hour
• Full time and part time hours available
• Dayshift: 8:00am – 8:00pm
• Nightshift: 8:00pm – 8:00am
• Enhanced overtime incentives following completion of contracted hours
• Meals on shift
• Paid DBS, pension, onsite parking and uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
