Spa Nursing Group's Cregagh nursing home in Belfast is seeking a Care Assistant (Days, Full Time) to provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents, supporting daily routines and meaningful activities with a warm, respectful approach.

The role is 33 hours per week, day shifts from 7:45am to 8pm (some half shifts may be required), with a competitive £13 per hour rate paid weekly and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

  • NISCC registration or ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • 18+ to commence employment and eligibility to live and work in the UK.

About the role

About the Role

This role is for Day duty for 33 hours per week. Shifts will mainly be from 7:45am - 8pm but some half shifts may be required.

Cregagh nursing home, located on Graham Gardens, caters for up to 40 residents requiring frail elderly care.

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents. Working alongside a dedicated multi-disciplinary team, you will provide compassionate, person-centred care, assisting with personal care, meal times, daily routines and meaningful activities. Your support will help create a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment where residents can thrive.

Interviews may take place via video call.

This role involves substantial access to vulnerable adults. The successful candidate will be offered the position subject to a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure Check through Access NI. Regulated posts will also require a check of the adult barred list.
