Established in 2015, Bradley Manor Care Home was the first home within the Healthcare Ireland Group and remains a proud example of compassionate, person-centred care. We provide tailored support to meet the individual needs of each resident, ensuring dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Our home accommodates 79 residents across three specialist units: Residential Dementia, Dementia Nursing, and General/Frail Elderly Nursing. This allows us to offer a seamless continuum of care as needs evolve over time.

Set in a scenic location with stunning views over Belfast, Bradley Manor offers a peaceful and uplifting environment for both residents and their families.

The Role

You will pride yourself on providing high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, fostering a welcoming environment where residents are treated with respect and dignity, and staff feel valued and supported. As part of our frontline team, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the Home, assisting with activities of daily living ensuring the wellbeing and comfort of residents. As a Care Assistant, you will also provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering meaningful relationships and promoting a sense of compassion, and advocated for the rights and preferences of our residents.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as dressing, bathing, eating, and mobility.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, helping them maintain a good quality of life.
  • Help residents maintain independence where possible, encouraging involvement in activities.
  • Assist with moving and handling residents using appropriate techniques and equipment.
  • Support the nursing and healthcare team by monitoring residents' well‑being and reporting any changes in their health or behaviour.
  • Follow care plans tailored to individual residents' needs, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and homely environment for residents.

Desired Criteria
