Job summary

Cera Care in Banchory is seeking a community carer to support clients at home, assisting with personal care, meals, and medications. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required to reach clients across Banchory and surrounding areas.

No prior experience is necessary; we offer training, a supportive team, and access to our Cera Tech platform to reduce admin and improve care. Flexible shifts include mornings, days, evenings and weekends with good work-life balance.

Qualifications

  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
  • Right to work in the UK; SVQ2 registration funded by Cera.

The Role: Supporting clients in Banchory and surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.

Your role is powered by Cera Tech - our predictive technology that reduces admin and helps prevent hospitalisations, so you can focus on caring.

With flexible shifts available across mornings, days, evenings and nights, plus every other weekend off, we aim to support a positive work life balance.

Registration: In Scotland, all care staff register with the SSSC. You must maintain registration and work towards your SVQ2 (funded by Cera; SVQ registration fee payable by employee).

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
