Job summary

Agincare in Aylesbury is seeking a Care Assistant to provide personal care, medications, and daily living support, helping residents live with comfort, dignity and joy.

The role offers 36 hours per week with alternate weekends. You will receive funded training up to QCF Level 5 and access to benefits including a pension, on-demand pay, discounts, and a Refer-a-Friend bonus up to £1,000.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care setting is essential.
• Kind, compassionate and great with people.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship).
• Able to work alternate weekends.
