What you’ll do

Join us as a Complex Care Assistant to develop and enhance your skills in caring for individuals with complex needs. You will receive comprehensive training and clinical support to handle various challenges such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, stoma care, and more. Our care extends to people of all ages in the community and their homes, including those with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other complex conditions. Each day presents new challenges, and your efforts will brighten your clients’ days while you grow your expertise.

This role involves working with a paediatric client in their own home.

What you’ll need

  • Experience in social care or working with children in residential, community, or hospital settings is preferred.
  • Compassion and caring ability are essential.
  • Resilience and willingness to learn new skills are important to thrive in our close-knit team.
