Abacare is recruiting a Care Assistant for Abergele. A driving licence and access to your own transport is required for this role, due to the location. Shifts available: part time and full time.

Pay rate is £13.45 per hour plus mileage. You don’t need prior social care experience; compassionate and resilient individuals who want to learn will fit in well. Supporting them to live safer and supported lives in their own homes, you’ll follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet and supporting them with their medication. You’ll also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes and housework.
