Care and Support Workers

DRIVERS ONLY

£16-18 per hour

The Leader Group is advertising on behalf of Yorkshire Community Healthcare (YCHC). We are seeking reliable, compassionate, and experienced Care and Support Workers in North Yorkshire (Thirsk, North Allerton, and Ripon).

We work with clients with high clinical and non-clinical care needs, covering day, night, and sleep-in shifts. This role involves doing a minimum of 4-hour shifts with different clients in the same area.

Hours

20-30 hours per week (not contracted)

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as moving and handling
• At least 6 months of UK-based care experience
• Knowledge of complex care is preferred
• Willingness to work alternative weekends or one weekend out of four
• Enhanced DBS check required for all successful applicants
