Job summary

Care South is seeking a Care & Support Assistant at Fern Brook Lodge in Gillingham, Dorset. Roles are available as full-time and part-time with weekend shifts, and a comprehensive induction will be provided.

The position offers hourly pay of £13.05–£13.30, with shifts from 08:00–20:00 across full, morning and afternoon patterns. You don’t need previous care experience; kindness, understanding and a genuine commitment to helping residents feel safe and valued are what matter most, supported

About The Role

Role: Care & Support Assistant

Location: Fern Brook Lodge, Gillingham, Dorset, SP8 4QD

Pay: £13.05 - £13.30 per hour

Hours: Full-time and part-time hour available, to include alternate weekend working

Shift Patterns Available:

• 08:00 – 20:00 (Full shift)
• 08:00 – 14:00 (Morning shift)
• 14:00 – 20:00 (Afternoon shift)
