Base Salary: £11.58 per hour plus additional pay (see below)

About the role

As a Care and Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality individual care to residents, supporting their wellbeing. Your duties include housekeeping, domestic support, encouraging participation in activities, assisting with appointments, transport, shopping, and escorting residents when needed. Every day offers variety and the chance to make a real difference using your people skills.

About you

You are a warm, friendly individual, ideally with some experience in care or support. You are passionate about enhancing the wellbeing and happiness of older people, enjoy teamwork, and are committed to delivering excellent customer service. You may have a QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Adults), but relevant experience and alternative qualifications will also be considered.
