Shooters Hill Sixth Form College is seeking a well-organised Technician to join the Care and Early Years department. The role is full-time during the term-time year, with salary scales starting at £26,402 (Scale 4) or £31,754 (Scale 6) depending on experience and progression.

Based in London, the Technician will ensure a safe learning environment, assist in daily operations, and work closely with staff, students and external partners.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the care industry is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with staff, students and external partners.
• Strong health and safety knowledge to maintain a safe learning environment.
• Willingness to undertake required training for the role.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with staff, students and external companies to support learning.
• Maintain a safe, clean and compliant learning environment in the Care Academy.
• Assist with equipment checks and routine maintenance as needed.
• Support the Care and Early Years team in daily activities and events.
