Qualifications

• PhD in molecular biology, cellular biology, biochemistry or related discipline.
• Experience with gene editing methodologies (CRISPR) and zebrafish models.
• Ability to design and execute functional assays to evaluate gene mutations.

Responsibilities

• Design CRISPR-mediated gene knockdown for zebrafish orthologues.
• Perform functional analyses to assess heart function after knockdowns.
• Develop and optimize protocols, troubleshoot experiments, and support data interpretation.
• Work with limited supervision and contribute to data analysis in a multidisciplinary team.
