Job summary

South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an ACU Research Coordinator to support our cardiovascular research programme at James Cook University Hospital. You will help develop, implement and monitor a structured plan for clinical studies, working closely with ACU team members to provide a full research management service.

The role requires strong data handling skills, effective communication, and a collaborative approach to improve patient care through research.

Qualifications

• Degree level or substantial research support experience.
• Proficient with data software including Excel and data capture systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train staff.
• Experience with research processes and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the ACU research programme development, implementation and monitoring.
• Provide a comprehensive research management service to researchers.
• Assist in data interpretation and reporting to clinical staff.
