Job description

We have been assigned by one of the UK's most prestigious NHS Trusts to help them recruit a Consultant Cardiologist on either a Substantive or NHS Fixed Term basis for 12 months to join their successful Cardiology department.

About the Trust

Our client is one of the largest and busiest Trusts in Yorkshire, providing a comprehensive range of acute hospital and specialist healthcare services for approximately 800,000 people. The Trust has recently secured a £40 million investment to enhance facilities, including the creation of a Combined Emergency Assessment Unit for streamlined patient care.

Department and Facilities

The successful candidate will join a department of 5 consultants and 2 Associate Specialists. The department features a 5-bay CCU with continuous 12-lead ECG monitoring and facilities for temporary pacing, 15 Cardiology step-down beds, a Catheter Lab, and a Cardiac Physiology Department.

Responsibilities
