Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Cardiology Specialist Nurse to join the Wexham Park Hospital cardiology team. The role focuses on developing and improving diagnostic, referral and treatment pathways for patients with arrhythmias, working across the full care continuum from primary to tertiary care.

You will provide clinical leadership for a defined patient group, assess, plan, implement and evaluate high quality care, and collaborate with colleagues to reduce waiting

Qualifikationen

• Registered with the NMC and has an active pin.
• Experience in cardiology and arrhythmia management.
• Experience in clinical leadership and pathway development.
