Job summary

Proclinical is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team in London, UK. You will drive sales within cardiac operating and related hospital departments, train and support surgeons, and provide follow-up patient care when needed.

This role requires strong relationship building, strategic planning, and teamwork to meet targets and align with corporate goals. Travel will be significant, with 50-80% of time across the designated territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Knowledge and selling experience related to cardiac surgical ablation systems is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Strong clinical and technical aptitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building personal relationships.
• Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Confident, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to travel 50-80% depending on territory size, location, and maturity.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute a strategic sales plan for your designated territory to achieve assigned targets.
• Identify new customers, contacts, and opportunities to expand the business.
• Increase penetration and adoption within existing accounts to grow the base business.
• Collaborate with the Area Director to align strategies with corporate sales goals.
• Share industry news and trends with marketing and provide feedback.
• Attend industry trade shows and events as required.
• Manage your territory effectively and track customer activity.
• Ensure compliance with requirements for accessing hospital, healthcare systems, or other client sites.
