University Hospitals Dorset (UHD) is recruiting a Cardiac Physiology Support Officer to join our Cardiac Physiology team. The role supports remote monitoring of cardiac device patients to ensure safe, timely follow-up and high-quality patient care.
You will coordinate remote monitoring platforms, recruit patients, set up monitors, educate and support patients, and act as first point of contact for monitoring concerns. NHS experience and strong communication are essential.

The Cardiac Physiology department at University Hospitals Dorset is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our enthusiastic and dedicated team.
The Cardiac Physiology Support Officer will play a key role in supporting the specialist Cardiac Rhythm Management Physiologists to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the remote monitoring service for Cardiac device patients. This service offers high quality patient care by enabling the early detection, and management, of device and rhythm issues.
The Royal Bournemouth Hospital and Poole Hospital are both situated in the beautiful county of Dorset and are perfectly positioned between miles of golden sandy beaches and the picturesque New Forest National Park. The post holder will co-ordinate all aspects of the remote monitoring systems for cardiac device patients, supporting the smooth delivery of a responsive and reliable remote monitoring follow up service.
