Who we’re looking for:
HCPC-registered Radiographer with significant MRI experience (ideally 3+ years), including cardiac MRI. Experience with Siemens MRI systems is highly desirable, as well as capability in another modality such as CT, Mammography or Cath Lab.
• Salary: Up to £55,000 depending on experience
• Schedule: 37.5 hours per week + on-call rota
• Department: Diagnostic Imaging
• Modality: MRI (Cardiac-focused), plus rotational coverage in other areas
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform a wide range of MRI procedures, including complex cardiac scans
• Support rotational duties across CT, X-ray, Mammography, or Cath Lab
• Supervise and support junior radiographers
• Ensure MRI safety compliance and adhere to IRMER guidelines
• Participate in audits, QA, and policy development
• Maintain accurate records and equipment standards
• Cannulate patients and support contrast administration
• Deliver consistently high levels of patient-centred care
