Evotym is seeking a scheme compliance specialist to own operational work aligning card services with scheme requirements. You will assess updates, coordinate actions across teams, and improve processes and documentation supporting the card business.

You will collaborate with Product, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Risk, and Engineering to implement changes, maintain records, and guide internal teams on best practices in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Formación

• At least 1 year hands-on experience with Visa and/or Mastercard in acquirer, issuer, processor, PSP, or card scheme.
• Working knowledge of scheme rules and operating regulations and applying them daily.
• Experience with mandate implementation, scheme reporting, compliance programs, and inquiries.
• Experience using Visa Online, Mastercard Connect or other scheme portals/tools.
• Experience supporting scheme integrations, certifications, testing, and onboarding to new services.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS and scheme compliance programs (fraud/chargeback monitoring) is a plus.
• Background in payments or regulated financial services is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with international stakeholders.
• Languages: English; Experience in fintech

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and interpret Visa and Mastercard bulletins, mandates, rule changes, and operational updates.
• Assess impact of scheme changes and coordinate implementation with internal stakeholders.
• Support scheme integrations, certifications, testing, and new programs or services.
• Prepare and submit mandatory scheme reports, including PCI DSS and quarterly reports.
• Coordinate responses to card scheme requests, inquiries, and investigations.
• Keep internal registers, trackers, and operational records accurate and up to date.
• Maintain knowledge bases, Confluence pages, and process documentation.
• Provide internal teams guidance on scheme requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Risk, and Engineering to align processes with scheme requirements.
• Improve processes and operational efficiency across the card business.
