Qualifications

• Prior customer-facing experience is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and other business software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends due to seven days a week operation.
• Excellent organisational abilities and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers, answering inquiries and offering caravan information.
• Support sales team with contracts, invoices, and record-keeping.
• Manage databases and keep customer and payment records up to date.
• Schedule tours for potential customers with the sales team.
• Organise filing systems for contracts and customer records.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure paperwork complies with company policies and is completed on time.
