Job summary

Resource Management Solutions (RMS) is hiring several Valets in Corby to valet workshop vehicles to a high standard and dispatch them for auction. You will work under supervision with a team, on a 37.5-hour week, with shifts 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday.

Full training, PPE and progression opportunities are provided. You must be 22 or over, hold a full UK Driving Licence with minimal points, and be reliable, safety‑conscious and comfortable outdoor work.

Qualifications

• Aged 22 or over (for insurance purposes).
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 penalty points, no DR10 offences)
• Reliable and safety-conscious
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Keen to learn and take on new challenges

Responsibilities

• Valet all workshop vehicles to the expected standard, in preparation for dispatch.
• Valet each vehicle within the allocated time frames.
• Locate the vehicle once valeted, and assist in the Yard when needed.
• Keep all areas in Valet workshops clean and tidy.
• Complete all relevant paperwork and report any discrepancies.
• Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Undertake other duties as directed commensurate with the level of the job function.

RMS are working with an outstanding automotive client; we are looking for Several Valets to join our team. Our client is well-known for providing vehicle storage, inspection, maintenance, dispatch and transportation facilities!

• Location: Corby
• Job Type: Temp to Perm
• Salary: £13.17ph, paid weekly every Friday (Overtime & hours worked after 6pm paid at a enhanced rate)
• Working hours: 37.5 hour per week, Monday to Friday on a weekly shift rotation:6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm

About the role?

Working under the supervision and co-ordination of the Compound Manager and Team Leader, you will be required to valet all workshop vehicles to a high standard within allocated timeframes, before despatch to auction.

Key responsibilities of the Role:

• To Valet all Workshop vehicles to the expected standard, in preparation for dispatch.
• To Valet each vehicle within the allocated time frames.
• To locate the vehicle once valeted, and to assist in the Yard whenever and necessary.
