The role offers a £27,000 base with £50,000+ OTE (uncapped), a company car, and a first-month guaranteed earnings of £3,333.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in automotive or fast-paced, customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Motivated by targets and delivering professional results.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through every stage of the car-buying journey from enquiry to handover.
• Understand customer needs and help find the right solution, including new or used vehicles and tailored finance/insurances.
