Silcom Recruitment is seeking an experienced car sales executive for an established client with a Bournemouth site. The role focuses on delivering sales in a busy motor trade environment, with full training and a clear career path within the group.

You will need proven face-to-face car sales experience, a passion for sales, and a drive to hit monthly targets. The package includes a £20,000 basic salary, uncapped earnings with OTE £50,000+, a company car and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven car sales experience in a motor trade environment.
• Ability to meet monthly sales targets.
• Strong follow-up and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Achieve monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles
• Upselling of additional add-ons to the customer
• Successful upkeep of company mandatory paperwork and processes
• Maintain a thorough customer follow-up programme using prospect and promotional files
• Ideally you will be currently working within a car sales environment
