• Experience as Car Sales Exec at franchised main dealer.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the showroom and handle enquiries in person and online.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Deliver engaging vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Manage the full sales process from enquiry to handover.
• Maintain regular contact during sales and pre-delivery stages.
• Meet or exceed sales, profitability and customer-satisfaction targets.
• Promote finance, insurance, warranties and add-ons where appropriate.
• Uphold showroom standards and present the brand professionally.
