Listers warmly invites applications for a Car Sales Executive at our Toyota dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon. You will match customers with the right vehicle, handle financing and contracts, and pursue total customer satisfaction throughout the process.

The role requires a proven sales track record, a valid UK driving licence, and the ability to exceed monthly targets on a rota-based schedule including Saturdays and Sundays on occasion.

Qualifications

• Experience in car sales or retail management is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with customers.

Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join our Toyota Dealership in Stratford‑upon‑Avon.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week and working Sundays on a rota basis (8:30‑6:00PM Monday‑Friday, 9:00‑5:00PM Saturday, 10:00‑4:00PM Sunday).

Role and Responsibilities

• Match customers with the right vehicle, ensuring they have suitable features and add‑ons.
• Handle financing, contracts and strive for total customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Build trust, communicate effectively and exceed customer expectations through qualification and creating an effective first impression.
• Prospect and follow up calls, inbound telephone enquiries, walk‑in prospects and internet enquiries.
• Maximise profit by achieving the monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add‑on products.
• Adhere to FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting all customer contact and vehicle data to maximise database quality.

About you

• Experience as a car sales executive, retail manager or sales manager preferred but not essential.
• Demonstrated ability and record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers.
• Valid UK driver’s licence.
