The Recruitment Solution have a new and exciting opportunity for a Car Sales Executive to join a multi-brand dealership based in the Suffolk area. The role offers a 5-day working week, a company car, and market-leading uncapped OTE, with a focus on delivering customer-focused sales results.

You will be part of a busy sales team, needing a proven track record in automotive sales, a full driving license, and a drive to excel in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales, ideally within a franchised dealership.
• Strong customer service and closing skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of a structured sales process is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell vehicles and upsell accessories and services.
• Follow the dealership's sales process from greeting to handover.
• Maintain product knowledge across brands and promotions.
• Deliver excellent customer experience to build long-term relationships.
