Job summary

Hendy Group in Christchurch is seeking a driven Sales Advisor to join our New & Used Car Sales team. You will build relationships, assess customer needs, and guide them to suitable products and services.

The role offers a starting salary of £25,500 with an uncapped, performance-related bonus (OTE up to £60k). A structured induction and ongoing training are provided, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers and assess their needs to recommend products.
• Negotiate the sale price of vehicles including possible trade-in values.
• Calculate finance payments including cash or car loans.
• Maximise every sales opportunity to achieve vehicle sales and profit targets.
• Upsell accessories and aftersales services and proactively prospect customers.
• Create and coordinate customer appointments, test drives and handover arrangements.
• Support the Sales Administrators with processing vehicle orders and finance paperwork.
