Car Parts Delivery Driver

As a Delivery Driver for Motor Parts Direct, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering car parts to customers in a timely manner. This role requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities:

1. Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver car parts to local customers.
2. Plan and organize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines.
3. Load and unload car parts, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
4. Verify delivery orders for accuracy against documentation.
5. Address customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
6. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, perform routine inspections, and report maintenance issues.
7. Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
8. Collaborate with the warehouse team for inventory management and order fulfillment.
9. Complete delivery paperwork, including confirmations and customer signatures.

Requirements:

1. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
2. Experience as a delivery driver or similar role.
3. Knowledge of local roads and traffic conditions.
4. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks related to loading/unloading.
