Job summary

Unity Recruitment is seeking a Car Park Attendant at Edgware. The role requires handling parking tickets, patrolling the site, and ensuring health and safety standards are met. You will work 5 days out of 7, with a weekend either Saturday or Sunday and one day off in the week.

Start date is immediate, with potential for ongoing site operations support. Ideal candidates are highly organized, computer-literate, and capable of engaging with clients and senior management.

Responsibilities

Car Park Attendant

Location: Edgware

Hours: Working 5 days over 7 and working either a Saturday or Sunday, With one day off in the week.

Start Date: Available Immediately

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all users
• Issuing PCNs across the site
• Monitor the condition of the car park through regular patrols
• Ensure compliance with all car park health and safety requirements
• Ensure all parking equipment is fully functional and operational
• Process various categories of parking tickets using the parking system
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and litter-free car park environment
• Support staff training, development, and performance monitoring
• Work closely with site management to assist in staff and site operations
• Assist with general or ad hoc operational duties as required.
• Confident in engaging with clients and representing site management when required
