Job summary

Unity Recruitment is seeking a Car Park Attendant at Edgware. The role requires handling parking tickets, patrolling the site, and ensuring health and safety standards are met. You will work 5 days out of 7, with a weekend either Saturday or Sunday and one day off in the week.

Start date is immediate, with potential for ongoing site operations support. Ideal candidates are highly organized, computer-literate, and capable of engaging with clients and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all users.
• Issue PCNs across the site as required.
• Monitor the car park condition through regular patrols.
• Ensure compliance with car park health and safety requirements.
• Ensure parking equipment is functional and operational.
• Process various categories of parking tickets using the system.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and litter-free environment.
• Support staff training, development, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with site management to assist in staff and site operations.
• Assist with general or ad hoc operational duties as required.
• Engage with clients and represent site management when required.
