Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with captives, within a captive or at a reinsurer.
• Strong relationship builder with a client-focused mindset.
• Proactive, driven, and capable of shaping and growing a business segment.
• Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Extensive network in the captive insurance market; industry knowledge.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
• Willing to be based in London, Munich, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Rome or Paris.
