You will develop relationships with clients, reinsurers, and internal teams while contributing to revenue growth. The role offers flexibility to be based in London, Munich, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Rome, or Paris and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience with captives, within a captive or at a reinsurer.
• Strong relationship builder with a client-focused mindset.
• Proactive, driven, and capable of shaping and growing a business segment.
• Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Extensive network in the captive insurance market; industry knowledge.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
• Willing to be based in London, Munich, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Rome or Paris.

• You have a strong network in the captive insurance market and a deep understanding of the industry.
• You’re fluent in English, and knowledge of any other European language is a plus.
• You’re flexible and open to working from one of our key locations.
