Job summary

Ips Group is seeking a Head of Capital to lead the capital function within a major insurer. The role will oversee the Internal Model and guide strategic decision-making at senior levels.

You will lead the Capital team, drive governance of the Internal Model and leverage Tyche or equivalent modelling systems to support risk and capital strategy. This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape capital strategy within an established specialty insurer.

• Senior leadership experience in capital management.
• Experience with internal model governance.
• Proven track record in insurance capital strategy.
