Job summary

The Actuary is recruiting a Head of Capital Modelling in London to own the Internal Model for the Lloyd's syndicate as well as UK and European entities. This senior role combines strategic direction with hands-on leadership of the modelling team.

You will set long-term modelling strategy, present to committees, Boards and regulators, and need extensive capital modelling experience in a London Market insurer, reinsurer or Lloyd's managing agency.

• Proven leadership of high-performing teams.

New Exclusive Head of Capital Modelling role at a global specialty insurer.

This is a senior leadership role owning the Internal Model for the Lloyd's syndicate, alongside the capital models for the UK and European entities and the Standard Formula Cat modules. You will lead and develop the capital modelling team, set the long-term modelling strategy and present to committees, Boards and regulators.
