Job summary

Chubb in London seeks a senior professional to manage both Capital Modelling and Risk Management across Europe. You will run the internal capital model, update data quarterly, and document results while exploring new model uses for strategic decision making.

You will embed the RMF, support ORSA, and develop risk reporting tools across regions. The role sits in Risk with exposure to investment, claims, underwriting, and other risks, offering high visibility and a collaborative, high-performance

Qualifications

• Previous London Market experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of capital/risk processes (Solvency II or equivalent).
• Capital modelling experience; Igloo modelling software is an advantage.
• Reinsurance, reserving or pricing knowledge is advantageous.
• Understanding of both non-life and life insurance products.
• Ability to collate and review quantitative data and perform quantitative analysis.
• Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel and MS Office knowledge.
• Understand risks, issues and impacts across multiple products/locations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and calibrate the capital model; coordinate with departments for accuracy.
• Run model results and provide quantitative and qualitative reporting.
• Support European Global Model Validation Unit inputs.
• Identify future use areas and support strategic decision making.
• Lead risk/actuarial analysis for insurance exposures.
• Develop and perform stress and scenario framework analysis; link to emerging risk.
• Enhance ERM processes and risk reporting dashboards.
• Collaborate with Chubb Business Services India for efficiency.
